Born and raised in a kitchen where the smell of charred chiles was the first thing you noticed, our family learned early that cooking isn't just about feeding people — it's about making them feel like they belong.

When we opened the doors on W Main St in Apopka, we didn't want to be just another restaurant. We wanted to be the place where Apopka families come for Sunday dinner, where first dates feel comfortable, and where every taco tastes like it was made with the same love our abuela put into every meal.

Every recipe on our menu comes from our family's history — some from our mother's notebook, others from a grandmother who swore her mole recipe was worth more than gold. We press every tortilla by hand. We toast every chile ourselves. We make everything the old way because the old way works.
